This review is from: Grillfinity 530104C Hexagon Charcoal Starter (Lawn & Patio)
This charcoal starter is advertised as stainless steel. Upon arrival last night I noticed it appeared suspiciously bright and reflective for stainless. It looked more like a nickel plating. It was definitely a plating as it scraped right off, and already showed some rust on the unplated edges. It must have rusted on the boat ride over from China. In addition to this, the construction is extremely shoddy. There are no welds, only unflattened rivets ready to pop out. The handle on top is not long enough to keep your fingers far enough away from the hot coals should they be loaded to the top of the starter... Read more
